I know they sound weird but they are honestly VERY good. just slice a sweet potato VERY thin, like chips. Spray with Pam non-sticky butter flavour spray, and sprinkle with cinnamon and splenda. Then bake in the oven until crispy.
I swear very good!!

I understand what you are saying, but chances are that most of us have been eating junk all our lives, 15-20 years, (the ice cream, the chips). For most BB is a very short lived sport (lifestyle). I agree if all one is interested in is eating more healthy, you don't have to suffer, or do without, but if you want 7% bodyfat or a sixpack you have to give things up, suffer a little.. Once goals are reached then you can endulge. We have our whole lives to eat that garbage.
