can someone please give me some info of what u think of my schedule.
Age:16
Monday: Back and Abs
Tuesday:Legs and Abs
Wed: Chest and shoulders
Thursday: Triceps
Friday:Biceps and shoulders

I would just leave a day inbetween legs and back because that is killer on the lower back. Also, why shuolders twice?

you see when I do some of my chest excercises I get shoulders involved but I like to keep a concentrated workout on just biceps and shoulders on friday.

I wouldn't do abs back to back. Give at least one day in between.
How many shoulder exercises/sets are you doing on chest day and then on their own day. Seems like way too much effort for shoulders. My suggestion would be to go to a four day split, kill the second shoulder day and do bis-tris on the same day.
