I have a question about weight loss. I am fat with muscle. If I start dieting by eating less and do a lot of cardiovascualr exercise. Which source of energy will the body tap into first. Is it muscle or fat?

Don't let your calories go too low, keep your protein up, keep working out, and you should be OK. You may lose a little bit of muscle, but most of the weight loss should be from fat.
