We started buying this bread at the grocery store last year. It's really good and it's fat free. Just in case, I am posting its nutritional contents as follows:
Serving Size: 1 oz (30 g)
Servings per container: 8
Calories: 60 Calories from fat: 0
Total fat: 0 grams
Cholesterol: 0 mg
Sodium: 228 gr
Total Carbs: 10 g
Dietary Fiber: 3 g
Sugars: 0
Protein: 5 g
*Percentage daily values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet

By the way, this is frozen bread. You pop it in the oven at 400 degrees F and you have the tastiest bread....

are the ingredients whole grain? no white or bleached flours? if not, fat free/good or not, I wouldnt eat it daily.

As carbs go optimally you want to look for unprocessed foods,when it comes to grains. Such as brown rice barleys sweet potatos and oats.
