whole eggs???

hey guys ,,how many grams of protein are found in a single whole egg ???

In all the stuff I've read (I do have a nutrition book, but it's a little outdated....it say eggs are bad), it varies from 6.3 to 6.7.

what's the story on whole eggs? I hate throwing out the yolk because I feel like I am wasting perfectly good food.

If you are throwing away all of your yolks you are defenitly wasting perfectly good food. Eat a couple of eggs with your whites.

hey guys how much calorie is i one egg,,,besides should i only eat the whites only or the yolk too ,,i am aiming for 10 eggs a day or even more ,,,

Dietary cholesterol has no affect on blood cholesterol levels. IOW - Eat the eggs with the yolks. Just remember they are caloric dense because the yolk is mostly fat but eating 2-3 yolks a day is fine depending upon your diet and goals.
