Can someone link me up to GI scale that includes fiber one?
I've looked through about 5 of them now... doesn't seem to be all that popular...

I'm sure it would be close to the All Bran listing seeing they are almost identical ingredients.

Im going to assume that its [/i]slightly[i] less? since it is lower in sugars
