Why can't elite member delete posts in the suggestion area if they are the first to post?

If you allow any member tha cability to delete the first post you give the thread starter the capability to delete an entire thread that could possibly have hundreds of posts.

after 10 minutes it automatically puts the "last edited by message".

so, if you make a post and then edit that post 11 minutes later you will get that messge in your post.

the first line is because of the thread title, the second line is becuse of the last edited message.
