I buy Kraft salad dressing-my fav is Sundried Tomato and Oregeno. It has like 50 cals per T, BUT, I pour out all the oil from the bottle before having any. Think Im saving a lot of cals? The dressing is quite strong without the oil, but yummy!

Probably, but how much do you use? Also, you can probably add back in some water to weaken and make it more spreadable.

My fav dressing = balsamic + splenda

Also like = vinegar, olive oil, lemon and splenda

I just use ACV and nothing else

yes, youd be ridding of a fair amount of the fat from it. My mom uses that salad dressing and it IS very strong flavoured.

I use red wine vinegar/spices or lemon juice/spices or my own homemade dressings.

What kind of spices do you use with the red rine vinegar AJ?

I've been using apple cider vinegar for a while. I seem to like it better than any other dressing.

anything and everything! lol ... no umm lets see- basil, majoram(sp?!), touch of splenda, tiny bit of ginger/, maybe some oregano.
you need to get creative

with the lemon juice I add in garlic, basil, pepper, (olive oil sometimes), sometimes cilantro.

check the recipes section for my recipe on avocado dressing, its great!

I like the Kraft low fat Zesty Italian. Yummy stuff.

I've been wanting to try the Walden Farms ones but figured they tasted nasty with no cals and no fat, but Layne at Avant just did a review on some of the Walden Farms products and he highly recommends their salad dressings.

They have about 15 different kinds and all are calorie free

I never seen that brand.

Walden Farms is great. The Creamy Bacon is the best. They also have really really good barbecue sauce. It actually is good. The Thousand Island is good too.

Ya I like the Creamy Bacon Walden Farms dressing and the Sundried Tomato. Bbq sauce isn't bad. I don't believe the no calorie thing though.

i use newman's own lite basalmic vinagerrete, good stuff and mixes well with spices

Depends on the brand. On average, about 5-10 calories and 0.4 carbs or something per tbs.

where can you purchase these?

You can order them online
we lucky here to have them at the health stores

For creamy dressings I keep the dressing on the side and dip my fork into it each time. When I'm done it looks like I didn't use any dressing but it was on each forkful.
