As far a splints go do those calfs and all will be well. Also use a gell-pad to help absorb the shock to your shin that is sent through the heel as it impacts the ground. I did these two while in my racquete ball days and my splint went away. Had it bad too. Walking was even a problem for a few weeks till I corrected the problem with the gell-pads and calf work. |
