I think the problem with sesathin is that I was using it incorrectly. I now understand that it is an oral and I was taking it rectally

On a serious note, for me, and others, it seems it may take up to 2 weeks to fully kick in.

Are you using this to lose fat, or prevent fat gain?

Well..........aren't we a little feisty today. :o I am using it during a ph bulking cycle to help minimize fat gain. I often gain extra fat around my mid section when bulking and I am trying to prevent that, or at least reduce it.

I finished the bottle and the cycle. I gained some fat but probavly not as much as I normally do...........so that is good!! I wouldn't say it is great but I think it worked ok.

On another note my gains were not very good this cycle and I am wondering if Phenogen might be the reason?

Certainly possible, though I believe just about everyone sees diminishing gains with each cycle.
