Is it true sex will reduce T levels?
I remember from my boxing days, you werent allowed to have sex before a match.
The coaches would use the example of dogs in heat,
Dogs go crazy with out sex , they have alot of energy and are very agressive. Same is said to apply with people.

if not having sex would make me as big as Jay Cutler I would still have sex whenever possible.

No, having sex does not reduce T levels. That is one of those myths that still seems to hang around today. But any one that is knowledgable knows that is not true.

I've seen more studies that say sex increases test levels.

I know when I don't have any sex for say a week, I tend to be a little more quick tempered and more agressive but I think its just the act of sex that reduces energy levels.
