I'd like to get an accurate body fat measurement, but I don't have access to a personal trainer (and I'm not paying $50 for one hour at the gym just to get my body fat measured)..

Is is possible to do an accurate (enough) body fat measurement at home?

Does anyone know if any of these are good?

I'd stick with Accumeasure (manual) or Fat Track II (digital). I have both. Both work well. If you buy the digital ones, try bodybuilding.com.
