I dont drink any cokes or anything just water now try stay away from anything fryed or stuff with really high carbs like potatos stuff but ever once in awhile I have some mush potatos. Just really wanting to start making some nice gains on lifts since I been in a peak for awhile and want loss some weight where I will have good defenation.

Fish oil. Multivitamin. Whey.

Beyond that, you need to fix your diet to get lean. There's always ways to improve your diet, even if youre always on the run. Check the nutrition forum. And NO2 is crap.

what about products like hydroxycut and acetabonlan lll. Not really wanting take in shakes or anything like that wanting something i just pop a pill and go on. Sorry that I such a newbie, I would read around more but I just dont have time doing homework when I posting right now. I read some heard muscle tech is crap also. I ll check out diet stuff but only really got 30mins to eat lunch and breakfast. Btw Dont need anything going make me gain weight. What about fat burners.

All those products are made by Muscletech, which is way overpriced. You can find better quality products for half the price, and i hate the fact that in every fitness magazine there are about 6 of those 4 page ad's for new muscletech products that say Jay Cutler owes his success to determination, proper nutrition, and Nitro-Tec. Everyone knows about them because their advertising budget is huge, but they aren't that good, especially at their prices

I agree with Mono when he said fish oil, whey, and a multi. What you eat makes a ton of difference, figure that out before you supplement. And to agree again, Gococks is right on about Muscletech. Their products work, but you can get the same for half the price. You pay 70 dollars for a tub of whey, but 45 of that goes toward advertisements.

You say you cant change your diet much, youre always on the run. You also said you dont like shakes. Maybe try the protein bars? There are tons of good ones out there. I like the Balance Bars as a snack, they have 15gp, 23gc, and 7 gf. Not the best, but good for a snack.

Again though, losing fat is at least 85% diet. Supplements can take the edge off, but its really in your diet. Check out the nutrition forums for some guidance there.

If you want, check out some guggulsterones, theyre good fat burners.
