lol ya thats all I do to, I get my step dad to cook me up some chiicken on the wok at our retaurant and bringsit home to me after he closes the restaurant, then I warm it up for lunch the next day
The only thing I'm really gonna have to cook now it those egg whites...that'll be fun considering I've never cooked an egg in my life, which is pretty sad.

Then we don't have the time to answer your question.

Yep, spend a portion of my Sundays at the bbq to cook up my chicken and fish for the week ahead. I also make up a huge pot of brown rice and make sure my veggies are stocked up. It's so much easier then to just grab what you need and eat!

why didnt i think of that?

You tell him Jodi!

BritChick's right. I do the same thing. Cook up a whole bunch of brown rice, chicken AND fish, and keep it stored for the week ahead (or at least for 1/2 week), then just grab it, nuke it, and eat it.

I do all my chicken , fish, and rice on sunday nights (at once), and it takes me less than 30 minutes to do ALL of it. (I do it on the stove, tiny bit of olive oil to coat chicken, put on spices of liking, throw into hot pan, same w/ tilapia. Uncle Ben's Brown rice in a bag takes no time at all on the back burner)

Another easy one that's relatively good for you:

Chicken & Salsa:

Go to the store, grab 2 small cans of diced or stewed tomatoes (I get them with chopped green chilis, I like it spicy), and get chicken. Coat chicken very lightly with olive oil, brown in pan (or just use cooking spray), just before fully cooked, throw in both cans of tomatoes and add spices to taste, Cover and simmer for like 10 mins.

Real easy, and REALLY good, and relatively good for you.
