What is the best multivitamin on the market? What do you think of GNC's MEGA MEN vitamin?

I take anabol natural's "biobolic life". I took mega men for years. It's my understanding that capsules are more potent than tablets. So, I try to stick w/ capsules.

Back to the issue at hand, I was using the Mega Men pills, but now use Ultimate Man by The Vitamin Shoppe. Same ingredients for about a third of the cost of the GNC pills. They do not contain iron.

I like to cut my own vitamin pills and mix it myself, it's MUCH cheaper and will allow you more choices on what you want.
