Need ALOT of help

Well im trying to get flatter abs (maybe a 6 pack) and just generally eat healthy.

I dont really want to bulk up because im not intending to take body buildiing to the extremes.

Can some people please give me a few pointers on what i should be eating for breckfast lunch and tea?

Also what i should not be eating.

You have the wrong idea about bulking. It is just a way to add muscles faster, you can stop when you want.
