if thats true that is something i did not know and probably many others dont either. i believe its a good piece of advice that should be added to the stickys ...imo.

Wow, that's crazy low. I was eating 2300-2400 per day and that was too low. I lost about 2 pounds per week. Next time I cut it will be with 2800-2900 per day. |
