Geneticaly, or due to training routine, my shoulders always get stronger and bigger faster than my chest. when i do my chest routine, if i do BB flat bench that day, i have a lot of trouble keeping the weight from moving over my shoulders and focusing it on my pecs. its always been my problem. without realizing until after it happens, i place the strain on my stronger shoulders instead of pressing the weight with my chest. what can i do to really help me focus on the form? ive been thinking about dropping the weight in my sets to really help me focus on the movement... but is there anything i can do?
ive been training for about 5 months now steady and was on a bulk cycle the whole time until just a week ago or so... im now getting ready to start a cutting cycle and will change my routine and lower the weights overall to adjust the change as well as include 12-25 min. HIIT workouts at the end of my workouts on certain days. but i really wanna help develop my chest!!!

I agree.

Also for the BB flat bench, widen your grip (hands further apart).

Search for the thread "Pull the bar apart" SF posted it, and it has proper form listed.
