Substitute for meat for protien

some people don't like meat.
what can they replace it with to get there protien intake?
I know about the shakes but which foods are high in protien?
(No fish or chicken)

Vegetarians usually combine incomplete proteins to form a whole protein......beans & rice, peanut butter & bread, peas & rice, etc. Then there's tofu
eggs & milk & cottage cheese if they are acceptable.

Try mixing fat free powdered milk in with your regular glass of milk. That really adds protein without fat and tastes kind of like a malt.

your best bet is animal source proteins but meat is out. if milk and eggs are ok then eat them. veggie proteins are incomplete so you need to eat beans with rice for example to complete them.
