hehe just playing...thanks i know that diet helps alot but i was just wondering if doing them would do any good. Thanks for the help.

I think crunches and reverse crunches are way more effective... high reps has always been what's worked best for me, but still slow and controlled... if they burn like hell they're working! (Everybody seems to have a different philosophy on ab training).
