There are avoid and benefical foods for certian blood types... Does anybody have any experience with this kind of diet...?

My girlfriend followed this for a period of time and loaned me a book on it.
Personally I think it's a load of bunk! Just my opinion.

IMO you should be able to monitor yourself what sorts of foods that agree with you and what don't.
