-switch the bread and butter in meal 1 for some oatmeal(old fashioned kind). rather than 5 whole eggs, cut back to say 2 and add in more egg whites. -add some complex carbs and healthy fats with that protein shake (meal 2) -at lunch is the bread 100% whole wheat or whole grain? is the jam sugar free? you could swap that bread for some whole wheat pasta or brown rice(more calorie dense). -again in that afternoon snack add in some complex carbs and healthy fats. You could also make your shake with milk too. -dinner could use some more complex carbs, healthy fats and dont forget your vegetables!! how late is your dinner before bed? You could add in a pre-bed meal of cottage cheese and healthy fats (peanut butter goes great with it). |
