How should I do deadlifts? (as in westside training)
1) Bend over a barbell with my feet and my grip shoulder width apart.-- then raise the barbell by straightening my back.
2) Squat in front of the bar, feet together with a shoulder width grip, and then stand up -- (isn't that a sumo deadlift?)
1 or 2? and what's a partial deadlift?
Thanks

I believe that partial deads is when the barbell is slightly raised up off the floor. It should be around the lower part of you shins, that is if I'm correct about the exercise.
Deads are the best exercise ever
Peace,
Joe
