hey all

I have a powerlifting competition next week Saturday the 5th and i want to make the middleweight class ut i am going to have to rop some water, i was wondering how long it would take me and what is the best and fastest method to drop the water weight ?

lasix or other diuretics honestly. Droppin water really just requires specific diet manipulation. Look up a pre BB contest diet, that should help. Thats great about the powerlifting thou, srpinkle us with some stats man, how old, what weight class, whats your best total/lift? I am just transitioning from BB for years into powerlifting myself, and I love it. I hope to compete sometime in the relatively near future. good luck...
