hi . i´m 32 years old . i´m from Costa Rica. i´start a cycle. but i need a lot of inf. about the diet , sometimes, i think my diet it´s not good.

how do you know you loose muscle when you do cardio? how much and how often are you doing it?
what are your current stats? height.. weight.. approx bf%

because if i do, 3 times cardio for 45 min.the 2 weeks after i looks flat, .
i´m a 32 years old, 5,7 average height, i.m not sure about BF%. maybe 18.

sounds as though you are not getting enough carbs then if your feeling "flat" after adding cardio. This does not necessarly mean you have lost muscle, just the glycogen stores are low... glad you found the article on refeeding
