Is this a relatively good diet plan, and if some of the other high schoolers on this board want to post what they do, I would greatly appreciate it. |

| You need to rework some things here. You have no healthy complex carbs such as oats, sweet potatoes or brown rice. You have barely enough protein to feed a 100 pound skinny girl and you have absolutely no veggies. Another thing, WAY too much bread. |
| I assume this is a bulk? |

I'm starting college in a couple weeks, and I'll be living in the dorms. The meals are on a point system, and I have enough points for roughly 18 full meals a week, or something like that. Now on these meals, I wont have any problems getting what I need to eat, the buffet deal is awesome. The only problems I have is the other times, I'll have to either buy something, or make something up, which is going to be hard not having anything even resembling a kitchen.... I will have a little tiny fridge, and that's about it. I guess I can keep some milk in there, and I'll have shakes... any other ideas of stuff I can whip up in my dorm?... keep in mind, any dishes will be washed in the bathroom... not fun ![]() |
