I work a 5 day routine.
Mon: Chest and Tri's
Tue: Back, Shoulders & Biceps
Wed: Legs
Thu: Repeat of Mon
Fri: Repeat of Tue

All muscle groups are work with 3 diff exercises 4 sets of 4-6 reps w/ heavy weight
Problem is I'm putting on size everywhere but the Bicepts.
What do you feel is the bICEP PROBLEM

everyone has a stickin point, maybe thats yours. also do you always train the bis at hte end of your WO. if so it could be that you don't have the intensity after heavy shoulders and back to hit them the way you want. try and mix it up by putting them at the beginning of your training session every now and then, or throw in Bi sets in between your other movements, ya feel me? Either way what your doing now is not working so mix it up.

it could also be the way you train them man, there is a post caled build bigger biceps on top of the page, read it and compare to your routine, that post helped me shock the fuck out of my biceps, i like my biceps now but i used to have the same problem, my body is still to large and muscular for my arms, but not by a great amount

also biceps are a very small muscle group and it is used during a day, so dont overwork them and stress them out because they will not grow that way
