Ok I recently heard that working out right before you go to sleep, inhibits growth hormone hGH or something. Is that true? Seems like BS to me.
I know some people have a hard time sleeping right after working out, but I can actually do it .

i have no idea just like you. But, when i workout at night i really like to do it because the gym is empty and i somehow get a really good and hard workout, and wheni come home i have my shake and take a hot shower (esspecialy if its cold outside) after that i sleep like a baby right away, it is good for your muscles because you rest them all night
