Alright, I'm at school (UW-Madtown) and I have little idea how to eat to gain mass. If anyone could give me suggestions on how to cheaply do so, it would be appreciated. Here's what I'm doing now:
Brkfst:
Eggs
Pint of Skim milk
Lunch:
Turkey/Ham/Beef sub
pint of skim milk
Snack:
PB sandwich
Dinner:
(currently whatever I can find at commons)
pint of skim milk
Snack:
PB sandwich
I need help for what to do with dinner. I'm thinking a big salad with lots of tuna (easy and cheap for a college student). Post workout and before bed I take 23g whey protein. I currently weigh 170 lbs. so I need a little more protein to meet the convention of 1g protein per pound. Help plz!
