only been lifting now for 3 months after a 20 year layoff. been on the juice now 12 days. now i'm noticing a strong burn or pain in both of the top shoulders between the cuff and trap. it started last week w/ military presses and now today was a killer even with flat bench presses. anyone know whats going on, or have the same problem. Could it be the ligaments possibly growning to quickly from gear?

definitely sounds like the ligaments dude...the gear gets u big, but leaves your ligaments the same 'strength', which causes more stress on ur ligaments. Lifting naturally allows an even increase in strength. Deca has been known to help out with this. Try to get a thorough warmup and stretch before u train.

Dont worry about your ligaments growing on gear.
#1 Follow proper bench form
#2 I might suggest dropping overhead pressing if you incline press, I dont overhead at all

Thanks again for the info mudge. It did start when i started increasing the military presses. What other good exercise could i use to replace the military press
