This is what i can't figure out. 1) I'm only taking in about 3000-4000 cal's a day. 2) I've put on 16 lbs in those 14 days. From 254 to 270. Also I set up a pretty nice gym in this 18' x 26' living room. Got rid of all the furnisher. The wife's not to happy, but F--k it. She"s young and will get over it. I told her I had a new girlfriend and her name is "Lifting Weights".

Cardio isnt just a mechanism for helping to lose/gain weight. You gotta also work your most important muscle, your heart. short, low intensity cardio on a bike 2 or 3 times/week won't burn many cals, but it'll give your heart enough of a w.o.... |
and see how your body acts. Another thing about it is that with 3000 to 4000 cal's you are not eating enough to cover gear, lifting, AND hard cardio. Besides ... you have a younger girlfriend. Good sex is all the hard cardio you need
