im 5'7'' 148 and i have a 29 waist and 38 chest. im still a 'work in progress' but i would never consider that fat. what are ur total measurements? set some goals on where you want to be. if you put on a few inch on ur waist but expand your chest, shoulder width, and arms, thats a successful bulk. |
