When working the arms, what do you feel is better, to work all bicepts and then triceps or to alternate them?

I do triceps after chest, biceps I do on a seperate day and not with back.

I switch it up when I'm using a routine where they are trained on the same day.
Some days I'll do all my tri exercises first and vice versa. More often than not though, I superset throught the entire workout.
Insane pump.

i work bi's with back but ONLY compound movements. I work tri's with chest. Both with only low intensity. Then I have a separate day where I blast both HARD.

AGREED! I superset compound excersizes with ones I can isolate really well. That usually makes it feel like my arms are going to explode

I just recently trained biceps and triceps together and love it. One of the best pumps in the gym I have gotten in a long, long time.

tough old man......try supersettin' the bi's and tri's, being on the juice will pump your arms farther than you can believe.
