Alright, last week I had some X-rays done to check my scoliosis and we had some strange discoveries. I was the at chiropractor when all this went down and he was cracking my lower back when he notcied my hips were somewhat misaligned. We had the xrays taken and the overall consensus is that my body is just messed up.
My left hip is raised higher then my right and my left shoulder is raised up and rolled forward more then my left shoulder.
Now, its not that bad, but it just makes me think. I just took some pics for my S1+ results and I really noticed how disproportional my body is now.
My (all left side) side delt, tri, quads, lat & chest are all larger then my right. My (all right side) bi's, front delt, rear delt, trap & hammies are all larger then the left. I told all this my doc and chiropractor and they said it all could relate to the messed up alignments I have.
Now after stating all this, does anyone know of any things I can do to correct it? I'm seeing my chiropractor weekly now (thank god my insurance covers it ) and I've been trying to think of things I could do with my training to help - but, any idea's? Anyone? Anything?

no one is perfectly symmetrical, and yes some have worse symmetry than others, but I doubt anyone else would notice other than you, unless you pointed it out and we sat there starring at you.

Its not just symmetry, its that my larger bodyparts (no pun intended ) are also much stronger, and its getting harder to counter-act it. I found changing stances for leg movements, just using db's instead of bb's and decreasing reps on others. But I just cant figure out a way to really help it
