Today i went out and bought myself a bench 2 dumbells, a barbell and tons of weights. Before that i was using a cable pulley doing p/rr/s, for power I'd do 35 reps, rr I'd do 50 reps and s I'd do 20 reps (I don't rest inbetween sets)
So i decided that I'd just follow the plan that was there but I don't have some of the stuff, and well i don't know what most of the exercises are anyways..well i don't knwow hat any of them were lol. So does this look like a good routine to follow still doing p/rr/s and following the same amount of reps

Day1 and 3

Back - Barbell Pull overs
Dumbell Pull overs
Bent over rows
Barbell rows

Shoulders - Military press
Shoulder raises
Upright rows

Biceps - Concentration curls
Barbell curls

Day 2 and 4

Chest - Barbell flat bench press
Barbell incline bench press
Dumbell flys

Legs - Squats
Lunges
seated leg extension
Lying leg curl
Calf raises
Stiff leg deadlifts

Triceps - Tricep extension
Tricep Press (AKA skull crushers)

On the other days of the week I do pilates and my cardio, I also work my abs out 2 days, then give them 1 days rest and repeat. Also would it matter which order I did my exercies, like would it be better to do squats then calf raises instead of lunges, or does it just not matter what order there in?

* instead of doing barbell pullovers for my back, I'm gonna do good mornings

are your days number chronologically? like 1 is monday.... yadda yadda yadda?

if so, I would spread out the lifting, and put the cardio in between or a day of rest.

dont' do the same thing every "back day" or "leg day". Keep your muscle guessing and switch up the excersizes in each group. You might even find something that works better for you

well my day 1 is tuesday then day 2 is wed etc.
thanks I'll try mixing it up, but first I think I'm gonna do that routine for about 3-4 weeks just to get use to weights I lifted a little last night just to get a feel for it and it was brutal, I doubt I'll be able to get to 50 reps for rep range lol.
