Shocking the Muscles

Current routine
CHEST (MON)

bench press
decline db press
flat flyes
arnold presses
Skull crushers.

BACK (TUES)

deadlift..
1 arm rows
face down rows
pull downs
up row db
shrugs..
oly bar curl

Legs (Thurs)

squats...
leg ext
stepups...
good mornings
calve raises

Arms (Fri)

ez curl..
CG bench press
hammer curls
cable pushdown
preach mach
skull crush

would there be any advantage once in a while shocking the mucsle by taking the above routine and combining them all and doing 1 set of 2 reps as heavy as i can for 5 straight days.
of coarse there would be a warm up set for ea.
this would consist of 23 different exercises of 2 reps for a total of 46 reps x 5 days
