Just a few questions for ya guys.. I'm 21 yrs old, 210 lbs 5'11" w/ ~12% bodyfat. I'm looking to do a mass cycle in about a month from now. I've been doing research on a bunch of different forums and also checked what was available to me in my area... I want to do a D-bol/Sustanon250 cycle for mab 10 wks. does that sound like a good amt of time? Also what type of dosages and timing should I do? Lastly, if i do everything right, what type of gains am i looking at getting? When i cycle off I realize i will lose a lot of water weight, but how much muscle am I going to keep? Thanks a lot for any reponses...

nolva for pct
gains depend on diet..
you can keep majority of gains with proper diet, you will lose water..

that was my 1st cycle. do what deeno said. (just watch for gyno, trust me)
i put on over 20lbs at the "peak". kept about 10....
you BLOW up on dbol/sust, its great.

sweet thanks guys...now with just a Sust. cycle what type of dosage and timing should i use with it? also i'm not sure on how to take the nolva...do i want to take it throughout and also for pct? is HCG a necessity? thanks again guys

personally I like to use arimidex at .25 mg/ED during the entire cycle vs. a low dose of nolvadex...

can armidex be obtained online, like nolvadex? i havent heard a whole lot about armidex... will that help block estrogen (gyno) ? what type of doses should I take of armidex and of sustanon?

Yes, any research site will have it. Arimidex or letrozol block the estrogen from even being created in the first place (not 100% of course, this is why we use a little not a lot).
Letrozole penetrates fat cells better from what I hear, so I use that.
How much you use, depends on your needs.

Right now gram a week test 800mg EQ 25mg dbol ED, 1.25mg letro ED. I need some kind of AI at 600ish test or better.

so would sust be a better option than cyp, prop is a bit to often dosage wise for me but cyp is to long acting to a point. I guess I'm asking if sust is not as bad with sides as comp to cyp. but do I have to only do it one time a week

What is all this talk about sides? Its still testosterone, if you are going to get boobies you are going to get boobies, if you are going to get acne you are going to get acne, if your blood pressure is going to go up from water retention then you are going to get higher blood pressure from water retention.
Take the proper precautions and you will be fine, sustanon is fine, prop is fine, cypionate is fine, enanthate is fine, and so on.

Mudge just curious why your on such a high dose of EQ? I understand the test at a gram being on the higher end of the average dose. The stuff I've been reading about on EQ says the average dose is 200-300mg per week. I'm just curious what the difference is for you on a high dose vs the lower dose. EQ to my knowlege isn't a big mass gaining steroid. Its like for steady small increase in LBM.

EQ is a waste at low dose period. I would much sooner go down in test (750) than lower my EQ dose. I was tempted to run more in fact.
EQ is good for strength in higher doses, and in some people appetite stimulation, vascularity, some LBM, really nothing else.

Are you running the 400mg/ml Southern stuff? And if so do you have pain from it like high mg/ml test?
