Hello all, I'm charting my competition prep journey via digital pics and I was wondering if anyone had some good tips on taking them (i.e. lighting, poses, time of day etc)

Thanks!!!!

Poses: Standard BB poses - front and rear lat spread, front and back double bi, abs and thighs, etc...

Lighting: Stage lighting is on top and from the front, which I believe is the most flattering. Just stand about three feet behind an overhead light and you should look fine.

probably better to practice the quarter turns and standing "relaxed" (when you're anything but relaxed) since you're not competing in bb
