I have extremely bad posture, and I wanna correct it. How is the best way to go about it. Do I need to strengthen my abs, obliques or back, or all three.
Somebody told me to do exercises like pull-ups for the back, hanging from a bar and push-ups, as they will all strengthen my core muscles. I was also told when sitting down, to try and sit up rather than slump in a chair.
AQny help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

yes back and abs, and stand/sit correctly, maybe get a lumbar support pillow.

have someone poor ice water on your back every couple of hours, lol.... eventually you wont need him to anymore.
