Limited Choice Cutting

Whats up everyone, I just came back to college after a summer of cutting, you know 5 times a day eating, calculating protien/carbs/etc, I figure I dropped 2 or 3% body fat but now that I am back in college I have limited food options because everything is f-ing fried and dripping grease. The only saving thing is the deli, I get lunch at 12 - Roast beef or turkey sandwich and apple/grapes, etc.. Dinner at 5 - Tuna,turkey or chicken salad sandwich and spinach salad, and meal 3 at 9:30 after workout - roast beef or turkey sandwich. Workouts everyday HIIT 10-15 minutes and a 4 day split lifting.
I have not seen much change since one month ago and I am becoming concerned that this is not going to work, any suggestions?

Don't you have a mini-fridge in your room? Access to a microwave?
