Eat....Eat....Eat.....and then.....Eat some more. Cycle indefinitely.

If you're just starting out and eat enough, you should see decent results. Starting out, I wouldn't use any supplements except protein powder. Just train hard, learn good form, and get used to lifting for now - later on you can add creatine and what not in.

is it alright to eat every 2 hours as this is more practical?

it takes 2.5 - 3 hours for the body to digest a meal. your goal is to feed your body as each meal is leaving your system, that way it always has the nutrients it needs.

check out this link in detail. it has all the info you need. there is also a link there which contains a grocery list. you need to bulk so concentrate on reading the info on bulking.

protein is the key to building muscle so eating lots of chicken, egg whites, tuna, etc is what you need. you need some serious size so you are also going to want to have plenty of fats in your diet. basically what you want to do is eat and put on some fat (while working out of course), then go on a cutting diet, strip away the fat and voila, muscle city.
go over the grocery list, pick out what foods you like, then sit down and try to come up with a meal plan. post the meal plan in the diet forum and the people here will tell you where improvements need to be made. dont be shy, people rarely have a perfect diet.....especially beginners. you need to try to do it yourself tho, the key is for you to learn these things.

just read as much as you can and ask questions about things you dont understand. theres a lot to it but learning is half the fun.

i came up with a very simple meal plan and have posted it in the nutrition forum,i will eat anything so if any meals sound weird that is why i don't care
