Help needed!!!Advice from people

I have produced this to help me gain mass and produce more muscle is this okay can you help me sort it out if it is not,i am only a begginer



Day 1

Meal 1-Breakfast:Porridge oats with semi skimmed milk and a whole orange and scrambled eggs on toast with real butter

Meal 2-Protein bar and a banana

Meal 3-Chicken salad with olive oil including tomatoes and cucumber etc etc

Meal 4-Can of tuna in brine with light mayonnaise and cut up cucumber and lettuce with 3 pieces of bread with REAL butter?

Meal 5-Stuffed peppers using Brown rice

Meal 6-Protein shake

Day 2

Meal 1-Breakfast:boiled egg with a piece of toast using real butter and a grapefruit

Meal 2-Melon

Meal 3-Pasta with potato salad(potato salad includes mayonnaise)

Meal 4-Can of Tuna in Brine with light mayonnaise and 3 pieces of bread with real butter

Meal 5-Steak fried with green beans and sweet potatoes

Meal 6-Protein shake

Day 3

Meal 1-Fruit salad and a slice of toast

Meal 2-3 Boiled eggs

Meal 3-Salad with some dressing

Meal 4- Can of tuna in brine with light mayonnaise and cut up cucumber and lettuce with 3 pieces of bread with REAL butter?

Meal 5-Salmon with new potatoes and sweetcorn

Meal 6-Protein Shake

Day4

Meal 2-Protein bar

Meal 3-Tomatoe soup and some bread

Meal 4- Can of tuna in brine with light mayonnaise and cut up cucumber and lettuce with 3 pieces of bread with REAL butter?

Meal 5-Ground beef mixed with tinned tomatoes and onion with spaghetti

Meal 6-Protein Shake

Day5

I will need to review this later but with a quick glance I can tell you right now it needs work. You cannot and should not ever have a meal that does not contain protein. EVERY meals MUST contain protein.

It was only a basis really and i know it needs a lot of work,also water should i drink2 or 4 litres or more?

i dont keep track of how much water i drink. i drink it all day every day whether im thirsty or not. you gotta keep your body and muscles hydrated so just drink up.

Diet drinks can be okay, but after drinking as much water as I do, I have no interest or no desire to drink something other than water.

My three drinks are water, milk, and beer.

mine will be WATER and nothing else apart from milk for cereals etc etc

you cant consume too much water. worst case scenario is you piss more often.

lol I know, thats the thing I hate the most, I ususally have to wake up at LEASt 3x during the night to use the wasroom, it's so annoying

like jodi said, you need protein in every meal. You also need to put some EFA's in there

make sure the bread isnt white, ie multi grain, or at least WW
same with pasta's

but you still need more food


p.s i think you can drink tooo much water, it called water poisoning(i think)..bit if i remember, its almost impossible to do
