I am interested in using this la whey product(it is a shake i think)and i wondered who used it?

How long do you think a 2.2kg tub would last me if i was having 2 servings per day??

well, check the label, see how many total servings, divide by 2/day. do the math.

i don't have it though i was going to find out how long it will last so if it lasts a while but not too long i will buy 3 and get the fourth free from www.lamuscle.co.uk
