Ketchup

I have, and always will be addicted to ketchup, and with the High Fructose Corn Syrup, it is a serious problem or so i think.

Is it alright to eat a little ketchup now and then, even though it has high fructose corn syrup?

How much ketchup can you actually eat? Do you drink it out the bottle?

A few dollops here and there if you're not restricting calories will be ok.

I use Heinz's (sp?) One Carb ketchup with my eggs (which is every morning) and I see no difference from the regular stuff.
