Sabre 81, in one of the previous forums you said you used to be verythin, but you seem pretty beefed up now if you're pics are anything to go by. Would you be able to give some tips/ advice on how you were about to bulk up from being vcery thin to being very muscular.

Yeah i was 6'2 and about 155 lbs in 12 grade(bout 4 years ago), and had been working out 'seriously' since about 10th grade. i just started eating like Yanick said, but more importantly was the times i ate. I used to eat like 2 meals per day. Once i started eating 6 evenly spaced meals, i found it was easier to eat more, therefore allowing me to put on weight easier. Basically a good meal plan with 6 meals a day, and being dedicated to the gym was what did it.
