the body will adjust and yes you probably will have to decrease calories but you have to do it slowly so the body doesnt go into starvation mode. also, make sure you dont let your calories fall below 10x your body weight. if you get backed in a corner, slowly increase your calories to get your metabolism going again, then slowly cut them back again. comprende amigo? |
