Hey guys im 14 and a half..i play football basketball and baseball...im a freshamn gonna get moved up to varsity for baseball WHOOT lol..well anyway i just orderd cex..i have been takin creatine and weight gainer along with pump tech for quit awhile now..I heard u guys sayin that the cex has steriods in it? wtf? i hope not b.c i just waisted 150 buks of my money lol..DOes it have steriods in it? b.c i was reading about hte steriods and im not about to not be able to get hard lol... and maybee die!!!...And im really getting tired of all these freakin supplements that dont work.......errrrr!!! lol.. so if anyone would help me out id apperiate it

Think about it bro, is a reputable supplement company likely to put federally scheduled drugs in creatine? I don't believe the FDA or DEA would really appreciate that. Besides, do you really think they'd put expensive drugs in products without telling anyone? How would that enhance profits?

At your age forget supplements, just focus on eating a well balanced, high protein diet .

CEX is Creatine Ethyl Ester. I using CEE right now and it's a great supplement. CEX will not surpass steroids or even come close. Just forget about steriods, you really don't want to go there.

Justin, it would really help if you looked around on the Internet and did more research. Go to sites like ironmagazine.com, bodybuilding.com etc and learn all you can. Gains will come, but you need to be patient and invest time in the gym and follow a good diet.

If you have it you might as well continue to take it, just don't expect to see results. In future avoid MuscleTech products as they are very overpriced.
