I am a 5'7 female and I weigh 146 pounds. I do not want to weigh 146 pounds. I'm fairly active, i run often and play soccer. Please give me some advice as to what I should be eating, everyone tells me different things. I want to lose at least 10 pounds.

Agreed. Read every single word of it. It might take a little bit, but that knowledge will stay with you forever. It is the best reading I have ever done.
