Spreading the day out

Can i spread my routine out like half at 5 o clock then the other half at 10 o clock will this give the same effects as if i did them all together at 10 o clock,also i have a whey 1 hour before and straight after my workout.

Sure you can. Just make sure you dont overtrain.

Optimally I would want to do them 10-12 hours apart, but to each his own.
