Bulknutrition has dropped the ball!!

I placed an order On Sunday......normally it shows that it has shipped.........my order still shows pending. I sent an email and got no response! I called and the guy said that he would check it out and email me back........he never did. 4 days later and my order stil hasn't shipped, and I am almost out of Whey!!

Very strange because they are normally very prompt, but here they have faile in both shipping time and with customer service.

Anybody alesd have any problems???

I havent ordered anything from them in a while... but ive never had that kind of problem. You try posting on their forum?

I'm always satisfied with their service, but they take longer to get the package in the mail than most. It usually seems to takes them 3-4 days to actually get it in the mail (even though it says your order has been shipped). They have a phone #. Have you tried calling? Looks like you will be paying $$$ for GNC WPC. LOL....

I also found this out the hardway..I usually place an order for ephedrine when I have enough for about 2 weeks left. I ordered my eph 3 weeks ago and just recieved it yesterday. To make a long story short I had to come off the ECA stack for about a week (A couple dozen threads back;there was a thread about ephedrine and withdrawal symptoms??..It is nothing too uncomfortable-I just noticed a lack of energy and I gained a few pounds)..

Running out of Protein is not so bad, just head to the grocery store..Running out of Ephedrine because Popeyes failed to tell me that they were having troubles with the distributor sucks...Ohh well, I get free shipping on my next order.

I placed a large order this past Sunday night, and it shipped out on Tuesday.

It's possible that you ordered a supplement that BulkNutrition is out of stock on, maybe they expected to get it in soon and were holding off on sending your order until it came in.

This is childish T. No use to bash Mike on a public board. He does thousands and thousands of orders besides yours. You should not expect lighting service every time. Besides filling orders, he spends time on the boards answering questions and e-mails. Put yourself in his shoes and give him a little slack!

I do agree with all of that, but I hope he has employees doing most of this work.

I order something and get it within 3 days from bn.com. 3 orders and I always receive it on the third day as long as I order in the morning or on the 4th day if I order late in the day.

i order from them all the time and one day i needed it real bad and ask if they can ship it out that day and they did an it was after4 so . maybe you ordered something out of stock.

One day I ordered from them on a Thursday night and it didn't even get to my place until Saturday, a full 2 days later. If they don't fix that shit shortly I am going elsewhere.

My orders have always shipped remarkably quick. If one didn't, I don't think I would run to a public board and call them out like this. Not cool IMO.

If it wasn't a sponser, you guys wouldn't bust his balls so bad. BN has a great track record, but if they couldn't tell him what was wrong after 4 days, they dropped the ball, IMO. I have only had good experiences dealing with them. Every company slips a little at times. The lesson is this: Always order way ahead of time.

Nothing childish about it and it aint about bashing. It is the truth. Normally they are great this time they screwed up 3 consecutive times and now I have to buy Whey at GNC.

I have posted several times that they have done a good job.......by your logic should I not do that either?

We are here to share experiences both good and bad. I really don't see the big deal.

Incidentally, they have now apologized and are expaditing my order.

This was my point exactly!! Are we not allowed to discuss it when somebody screws up?

I have spent a lot of money with them, and I will continue to do so. But they didn't answer my email and didn't follow through after we talked on the phone. This time, they dropped the ball.

I have never had an issue with Bulk nutrition shipping. One time my whey had a whole in the bag and I emailed them and they gave me a credit voucher. They have always been great.

When I order from Mike it has always been good service though.

I've had awesome service from Mike. I usually get what I order the next day. A few times there have been mistakes or mix-ups but instead of just emailing them (which I'm sure they get plenty of emails) I pick up the phone and just call them. They've always bent over backwards and even given quite a bit of free supplements to remedy the mistakes.

I agree normally the service is first class.....this time it wasn't and by the way.........I did call and email both!

UPDATE: They sent me an email that stated they are going to overnight my order to me.

So all is well that ends well. I am once again a satisfied customer.

Yeah, so that way these companies wouldn't have to offer good service to build up a good reputation. This forum could just be a means to advertise, not a place to share non-biased opinions, share our experiences, and be truthful. I vote we ban TP for his SACRILEGE! People shouldn't be allowed to share negative experiences about sponsors because sponsors pay to advertise here, so we will not hold them accountable. Only biased praise should be allowed. Prince, why didn't you make this a rule? It makes so much since!

all companies have little mishaps, delays, etc. you can judge a company based on one bad experience when you have had several good ones in the past.

Mike probably did not respond to topolo cause he thinks he is a pain in the ass!

You're probably right about the pain in the ass part but if we don't post both the bad and the good nobody will know about them.

Sponsor or not, good or bad, I believe in a free flow of information.....not just one-sided praise because someone has done a good job in the past or because they pay money.

See..............Mike made well on your order. I knew he would. That is why I think only after several days it is not cool to start a negative thread. Not saying you can't because if someone is truely getting bad service it is nice to know. But I personally would not even call someone until it was late by several weeks. Which has happened and by another great guy(not Mike). Just got backlogged. Shit happens.

Fair point DG................my real concern was that they didnt respond to my inquiries, not just that the order was late. But the problem is now favorably resolved.

Yeah I can understand not answering your inquires. But I bet he gets hundreds a day! Sometimes my general questions go unanswered. I just figure he was to busy to answer. Of course I'm just a pion!

Exactly, people fail to realize how busy I am as well, so I can imagine it's the same with Mike, he may even be busier. I try and do my best to answer emails, PM's, post here, keep the site(s) running, updated, ship orders, etc. PLUS I have a full time job in IT and a family.

This is 100% false. This was one of the first comments I saw in this thread. If a tracking number is provided a package has been shipped. I don't appreciate such comments being made as they are far from the truth.

Now that I had time to read the rest, I will respond.

I have over 20 people working for me currently. Recently we've had a higher employee turnover rate than normal. Mainly, our customer service girl just got fired. If you ever called in and had amanda on the phone, you know who I'm talking about. She was making constant mistakes left and right. I couldn't take it anymore. I've since hired two new people to take her place. It will cause some growing pains, but we will get through it. We don't catch every mistake, you just can't at this point. We do the best we can to fix it once we know about it. I know what got me to this point and I won't forget that.

You'd be surprised how many people email you and their mailbox doesn't work. They keep emailing you thinking you haven't responded, yet they are unable to get mail. I'm not sure what the situation was with this guy, but it seems we did drop the ball. I'm just glad it was resolved. If it ever gets bad, just email me personally. If you don't have a response within 24h, email me again.

Well thanks for the response Mike. A couple of points....that is the email address I used and got no response....and my email works fine. Also, it was a guy I talked to who said he would take care of it.....not Amanda.

Having said that.........you guys fixed the problem which is all I wanted. I am satisfied and will continue to order from you and I encourage others to do the same. Most of the time your service is first class!

I was gone to Vegas this past week for a show called supply side. It is where we get up with raw material suppliers to work on new projects. All my emails get forwarded during that time. Seems you weren't the only one who didn't get a response while I was gone.

Well, I am just going on what the tracking site says when I check on the status. If you say it is false, I belive you. I have no complaint about the service I have received from your company.

Everytime I order from Bulk Nutrition I get great service. They even ship to me in Kuwait! And if you've ever served in the military, then you know what a pain in the A$$ it is to get mail from an APO.

Even when something is out of stock they contact me and we work around it. I placed an order for a huge amount of M1T, but the M1T that I ordered was gone. I talked to them through e-mail and they are now sending M1T (caps), 4AD and 6 OXO! How cool is that!

I might not have gotten my first order, but I am going to receive what i want. So it worked it's self out in the long run.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bulk Nutrition (and no I am not a spokesperson) and I hope they keep up the good work!
